Content you submit: prediction questions you type and chart screenshots you upload for analysis.

Usage data: basic information about how you use the Service (for example, number of analyses run), used to operate and improve the product.

Payment information: when you subscribe, billing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, generate the analyses you request, manage your account and subscription, respond to support requests, keep the Service secure, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing of Your Content

To produce an analysis, the question or screenshot you submit is sent to third-party AI providers that generate the model output. This content is processed only to return your result. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information within your questions or images.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service — such as our hosting, database, AI, and payment providers — and only to the extent needed to perform their function, or where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account information and analysis history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account, after which we remove your personal data except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We handle personal data in line with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU GDPR and Turkey’s KVKK.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including password hashing and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
