PolyPredict AI is an analytical and informational tool. It uses artificial intelligence to scan publicly available information, evaluate current market conditions, and perform complex mathematical and statistical calculations in order to produce probability estimates and UP / DOWN / NEUTRAL indications. These outputs are opinions and estimates generated by software, not statements of fact and not instructions to act.
PolyPredict AI does NOT guarantee any outcome, result, gain, or profit. It does not and cannot provide a 100% or any other guarantee of winning, correctness, or accuracy. Probability estimates, "edge" figures, and any comparison to market-implied odds are estimations only and may be wrong. Markets are inherently uncertain and can move against any prediction. Past performance and any illustrative examples do not indicate future results.

You understand that trading, betting, and speculation involve a high level of risk and can result in the total loss of your capital. Only risk money you can afford to lose entirely. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PolyPredict AI, its owner, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, capital, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any reliance on its outputs — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree to waive, release, and hold harmless PolyPredict AI and its owner from any and all claims, demands, disputes, or causes of action of any kind relating to your use of the Service and any financial losses you may incur. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding month.
The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscribing does not entitle you to any specific result or performance from the Service.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use analytical tools of this kind. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
